Today we are taking a look at caller that claims he is nearly certain a historical Jesus existed. He attempts to defend the historical Jesus first by appealing to the authorities and then by claiming that Paul knew disciples and that Paul knew Jesus brother. Paul never mentions anyone as a disciple. The part about the "brother of the Lord" is ambiguous at best and most likely references a fictive kinship. Vandy is convinced that the "brother of the lord" just sounds like a literal blood relative.
