Johann Sebastian Bach, Andante from Violin Sonata in A minor, BWV 1003: Liviu Prunaru soloist This concert was recorded on May 24, 2019 in the Rijksmuseum's Gallery of Honor, in front of Rembrandt's Night Watch. Concertgebouw Orchestra's concertmaster Liviu Prunaru played on a violin made by the Italian Giovanni Paolo Maggini in around 1610. This instrument (inv. BK-2016-98-13) is part of the Rijksmuseum's collection and has been given on long-term loan by the Kunstmuseum Den Haag.
