Content of the Lesson: Today on the Daily Bible Podcast, We have Isaiah who prophesizes John the Baptist and Jesus. Isaiah claims someone will come to make way for the Messiah. This is the same quote that John the Baptist later uses in the Gospels. This portion of Isaiah also references the coming of Jesus Christ. He also says some other weird things like blowing a bunch of people in a field and dressing up like a naughty Santa Claus. Also, God has a bit of a bi-polar moment where he claims he wouldn't turn his back on Israel or Judah. He obviously does that.
