Content of the Lesson: Today, Converse Contender and I discuss whether Jesus had a brother named James or not. Converse is firmly on the side that Jesus did have a brother named James. I lay out my argument that shows how ambiguous the statement is. I also explain how coupled with Paul's theology of "brothers and sisters" in Christ it seems more likely he was speaking of fictive kinship. Converse maintains that Jesus did have a brother and that I just don't want it to be true because it will destroy my Mythicist position.
