Content of the Lesson: Today in the Comments, the UN using the azimuthal equidistant map as their logo apparently proves that the earth is flat. Also, planes apparently prove flat earth because their gyroscopes are calibrated wherever they are at and their attitudes always indicate flat. Both gyroscopic calibration and attitude are only concerned with their local perspective, not a global perspective. So, no those don't prove a flat earth.
