After the realeasing the abject failure that was Level, the minds behind it decided to release a sequel movie, that is somehow even worse than the original, all without including Eric Dubay. This movie takes a different approach, and attempts to draw flat earthers in with ideas about the earth rather than present any reason why we should believe the earth is flat in the first place.
