PragerU's Eric Metaxas Thinks Science Has Proven That God Exists

Content of the Lesson: Today Eric Metaxas speaking for PragerU is going to prove to us that science has actually proven that god exists. He starts off by misrepresenting a Time magazine cover as stating that God has become irrelevant...in 1966. He then goes on to misrepresent Carl Sagan, the first of many misrepresentations. Then he goes on to compare the probability that life would begin to exist to the likelihood that we would find other advanced extraterrestrial life in our galaxy. He complains about the expanding criteria for planets to support life. He proceeds to quote mine Peter Schenkel's Skeptic Inquirer article in the most dishonest way. He represents Schenkel as saying we should quietly admit that life in the universe is not as tenable as we once thought it to be. He then goes into a fine-tuning argument which is apparently why he thinks God exists.
