Standing For Truth Is Clueless About Evolution || Debate Review

Content of the Lesson: Today we are doing a debate review for the Erika vs Standing For Truth debate on Evolution. Standing for Truth, as usual, shows that he doesn't understand evolution. Most notably he doesn't understand genetics or radiometric dating. He starts off by talking about "Genomic Degradation" which doesn't make a lot of sense because he's saying that humans are experiencing this right now. Genome reduction/degradation is when an organism's genome reduces in size compared to its ancestors. That's not what Standing for Truth is talking about at all because he references the build-up of "harmful mutations." So, I have no idea what he means when he says that the human genetic code is degrading. He also doesn't understand radiometric dating. He claims that we can't know the starting parent/daughter isotope values but a simple look into the dating methods would reveal how we know this ratio.
