The 75 residents of an isolated fishing village on the south coast of of Newfoundland face a dilemma: should they stay or leave for good?  In St John's, the provincial capital, the government is promising 270,000 dollars to each household that chooses to leave. According to elected officials, this is a cheaper solution than maintaining the infrastructure. But local people are divided on the issue.
