If science is not exact and complete, we can dismiss it. That is the attitude of science denial, not because it is incomplete, but because it provides an excuse to ignore evidence. Key example. Gravity Exists, and it is the reason objects fall to the ground, it is why the Artemis Spacecraft accelerated all the way back from the moon without the use of rockets. Yet we don't know the exact cause of gravity, and we describe it using different approaches- Einstein is the most complete description we have currently, but in very specific conditions Newton's description is more practical and just as accurate. Simply because we don't know the cause of gravity is enough to allow a science denier to claim it doesn't exist at all.
