Space Weather | Radio Jove Livestream

Space weather is fascinating. This is Radio Jove (a NASA outreach program). We monitor solar ejections and radio storms on Jupiter. I'll be posting examples of different types of activity. Thick, vertical signals are solar eruptions, light feathery traces are from Jupiter (look at the graphic- Jupiter is a Brown dot and Io A/B/C are times of good activity potential when Jupiter is passing through. The diagonal line is a radar sweep from the Gulf Coast and the horizontal intense lines are radio transmissions. Groups of thin, vertical lines are local and distant lightning. In a bad storm they nearly block the background. Discord Link: https://discord.gg/nFf7EnMm8D NOTE: YOU MUST SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL (AT LEAST 5 MIN) TO POST TO THE LIVE STREAM. This is to build the audience for the live streams, you won't come if you don't know about them, so just hit the button and ring the bell. Note, if the link does not work, check out the latest stream on Shamrock Banks Observatory and a fresh link will be in the description!
