Live Passage of the ISS

I have installed the DiskCone antenna on a 14 foot mast, so it is above the roof of the garage. To celebrate, I am going to track a transit of the ISS with doppler shift live. Join me on discord. https://discord.gg/nFf7EnMm8D Discord Link: https://discord.gg/nFf7EnMm8D Frequency of the ISS Repeater: 437.8 MHz https://www.amsat.org/amateur-radio-on-the-iss/ Current Location of the ISS: https://www.astroviewer.net/iss/en/index.php Range of detection is 2500KM, we will acquire the signal HIGHER (to the right of center) than 437.8 because the ISS is approaching us. When it 'passes station' it will be on the center frequency of 437.8. As it moves away the frequency will drop below (to the left of center). This is a demonstration of the doppler shift. Brainiacs out there will be able to use the location and velocity of the shift to calculate the speed of the ISS. NOTE: YOU MUST SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL (AT LEAST 5 MIN) TO POST TO THE LIVE STREAM. This is to build the audience for the live streams, you won't come if you don't know about them, so just hit the button and ring the bell.
