In Ukraine, the elderly are often unable to evacuate beseiged cities or even make it down to air raid shelters when the sirens go off. Some are also running out of food. Volunteers have started bringing supplies to people's houses, while retirement homes have opened their doors to those left homeless by the bombing. Our Ukrainian colleagues Nina Hrushetska, Pavlo Borysko and Andrii Hlust produced this report for TSN 1+1.
