Content of the Lesson: Space agency leaders from across the globe – including France, India, Italy, Japan, Norway, Spain, the U.S. and the European Space Agency – offer their congratulations for the successful launch of the Mars Perseverance Rover on July 30, 2020. After a 7-month journey to the Red Planet, Perseverance will land in Mars’ Jezero Crater on February 18, 2021.
